LOSS OF DATA POLICY
- In this new age of digital recording, audio file and session file storage has become a major issue for
studios and clients. Due to this, Sounding Post will not guarantee the safe storage of
these files.
- Sounding Post shall not be liable for unforeseen consequential damages of any kind.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
- Release of recorded media from Sounding Post to customer is acknowledgement between both parties that the quality of all services rendered by Sounding Post is satisfactory to the Customer and shall release Sounding Post from any and all liability regarding said recording media and services rendered.
- Customers recorded media left on premises 30 days after completion of last recording session or service shall become the property of Sounding Post if all monies have not been paid.
- If the customer should copy or dub any material (visual, text or music) without the permission of the owners then they are breaking the law. To continue to do so may result in litigation, prosecution or heavy fines.
All musical compositions are the property of the composer or their heirs and may not be performed or reproduced without permission until seventy years after their death. The recording of music is governed by its mechanical copyright and may not be copied or duplicated without a license. Therefore, all copying of copyright material, even in an amateur situation, is illegal. Sounding Post will operate within these laws.

- Sounding Post is here to provide a public service in an approachable & relaxed way. This means providing good quality service in a friendly, efficient and helpful way. Sounding Post also strives to continually improve services, by ensuring good communication and a positive attitude to customers.

ARTISTIC POLICY
- Sounding Post will make every effort to accommodate the many and varied styles of music alive in the UK today. And whilst we endeavor to welcome freedom of expression, we also acknowledge that sometimes a difference of principles may occur. Sounding Post cannot be seen to promote anything other than a positive message and reserves the right to refuse to operate or prematurely end a studio session if it is thought by Sounding Post that this policy is not being adhered to.
